Products
We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, as our products are made using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, and scent may occur between batches.
These natural variations do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.
Product Use

Orders

Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details and photographs where possible.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
